Who is worse than sylar

The writers have claimed they had a five-year plan for the story. This character that Molly is really afraid of is of more interest to us only now that we have seen what Syler can do and what he does, and now that we have doubt about Syler's death actually, by now, everyone knows he's not dead.

To have introduced the second season's big threat so early in the first season, before the character and capabilities of Syler were at all elaborated, and without returning to mention the existence of such a character until the very last show, five months later, seems such a waste of screen time, so pointless for the narrative, that it's very unlikely. The path is open for the writers, of course, and we'll see as this next season progresses, but I think it's most easily answered that since Syler was not yet cast, they just kept his face unseen.

I think the most important fact, I failed to say, is that for a while, we thought Syler was Sprague. That obviously would not have worked if we'd seen Syler's face earlier. I had wondered something similar. We never really see Sylar take punishment like that character did.

He took how many shots to the torso? We see Sylar stop bullets before getting brained by them. We also see him fall off the whatever the hell it was at homecoming. But he went away bleeding from that as is shown when the FBI and Parkman come poking around later.

They leave Sylar's abilities so up in the air that it is hard to say at times. It would be cool if they would do something on the web that would list the folks he has killed and what he gained from them. What I am really saying is that your idea has merit and it would actually be pretty cool if they ran with something like that. We get the sense that Linderman, Old Lady Petrelli, Hiro's father, are all working together in a sense and working against allies from the past that have chosen a different path then them.

Do we ever actually see who those others are? I don't remember it. Sure we do. Ofcourse thats my view how about you guys What do you make of it? I think that the character worse than sylar has allready appeard in the movie I think we know him I think its definitely not peter's mother cos Molly said HE can see me Personally I don't think the mother has any powers of her own, otherwise it would already have been hinted at.

It was the father who had some sort of power as far as I can remember correctly. Plus Polly was talking about a he, so it's another male bad guy. Sorry, the little girl is called Molly :. Show more comments. Okay, let's look at this objectively. Likeleyhood is that this person worse than Sylar is someone we've already met, otherwise they're just forshadowing.

He is one of the original twelve founders of the Company. Like his son, Mr. Parkman is a telepath; however, his powers are much more advanced than Matt's. Instead of just reading surface thoughts, he can read people's memories and manipulate their perceptions of reality, allowing him to trap people in nightmare states based on their deepest fears and insecurities. He used his abilities to knock Molly Walker unconscious and manipulating her dreams by so doing, left her physical body in a comatose state that lasted until Matt learned how to counter Maury's influence using his developed powers, He was also able to detect Molly's attempts to locate him using her power, and he can affect a person's mind from a great distance through his telepathy.

Seeing him in her bad dreams has led Molly Walker to dub him "the Nightmare Man" as he is more worse than Sylar. He also induced "waking nightmares" , as he fooled both Matt and Nathan Petrelli into fighting each other while both were experiencing a different nightmare scenario while thier bodies are moving. Maury was one of several people coined into believing that those with abilities are superior to humans by Adam Monroe and when Adam escaped from the Company's custody, he used Maury as pawn to kill those founding members who disagreed with him.

Adam Monroe had so much more potential than Sylar, and it was just squandered. We don't need super powerful bad guys! What we need is shady organizations and behind the scenes power brokers where it's difficult to tell if they're good or bad. That's what made the first half of the first season so cool. R-S-Lee picked Yes, we needed a bad guy worse than Sylar.

Although you could make a point for Adam being worse then Sylar. Who was that guy who was worst then the "boogyman" According to Molly, yes. Sylarfan picked No, Sylar should continue to be the ultimate enemy. Its pretty dumb that Molly considers Maury Parkman worse than Sylar.
